By ordering a commission you agree to be over 18 years of age and agree to those Terms of Service.
Commission communication is handled by email at maelys(.)galim@gmail(.)com unless specified otherwise.
Extra complicated designs, additional characters, short deadlines and other special wishes that require an extra amount of work can incur additional fees.
I reserve the right to reject a commission as I see fit.
All artwork is transferred digitally. No physical object will be sent.Payment:
Payment will only be accepted through PayPal in EURO, fully upfront. Once I accept your commission, I will send an invoice via PayPal. If the invoice is not paid, I will have to cancel the commission.Refunds:
Partial refund (50%) is possible before the final sketch is approved. None after this point.Process:
I will send you 1 to 2 sketches for you to choose from. We can exchange about it so I can modify it. Once the final sketch approved, I'll send you a rough color pass. If approved, I'll work on your commission till completion. Past the sketching phase, large or excessive corrections will incur additional fees.Creative rights :
I retain the right to use the artwork for online distribution on social media websites (e.g. Twitter, Tumblr, Bluesky, personal portfolio website, etc) unless agreed otherwise at the time of the commission’s order.
The commissioned work is strictly for private use and you are not allowed to profit from the commission or use it for commercial purposes.
You may strictly not use the commissioned work for any crypto-related project, including but not limited to Non-Fungible Tokens or NFTs.
You may strictly not use the commissioned work or part of its process for any Artificial Intelligence (AI) training and AI-related projects.Thank you for your interest !
